Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. While the rooms were comfortable and had nice extras like a balcony and hammock, the service was lacking direction, although they did arrange a couples massage for us. The location was stunning, set in beautiful gardens and near a river, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a decent stay but with some areas that could be improved.
I couldn't get enough of the spectacular views of the hacienda's surroundings and the beautiful volcano from my room. The thin walls were a bit of a downside, but I still enjoyed the tranquility of the gardens and the Rio Negro hot springs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was stunning, surrounded by a lovely forested area and with access to beautiful waterfalls. The service was a bit inconsistent, but they did make special arrangements for us to have a memorable couples massage on-site. The dining was a highlight with good quality seasonal dishes, although the lack of a la carte options was a downside. Overall, a unique stay with both positives and negatives.
I was thrilled with the hotel's location, nestled in the forest for a true wildlife experience. The rooms had good ventilation, but lacked blackout curtains. The service was terrific, making special arrangements for a couples massage. The included dining, especially the amazing roasted chicken, was a highlight. However, the isolated location outside Rincon de la Vieja National Park was a downside, and the bugs were inevitable on hikes to the waterfall.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, surrounded by a huge garden inside Rincon de la Vieja national park. The rooms had a beautiful view of the volcano, although the walls were thin. The service was terrific, with special arrangements made for a couples massage. The dining experience with amazing roasted chicken was included in our rate. The facilities were top-notch, and I had a great time overall.
My stay at the hacienda was a mix of great experiences and some areas of improvement. The rooms offered beautiful views towards the gardens and the surroundings of the hacienda, but the service had some ups and downs. The location in the perfectly kept botanical garden was stunning, although the proximity to the rain forest brought along some termite issues. The dining experience was good with fresh salads, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel offers stunning views of Rincon Volcano, but the service is lacking direction at times. On the bright side, special arrangements can be made for unique experiences like couples massages. The location is perfect for nature lovers, being right outside Rincon de la Vieja National Park. The dining options are of good quality, and some rates include delicious meals. Facilities are well-equipped and maintained.
The hotel offers beautiful views of the gardens and enjoys the Rio Negro hot springs. The rooms come with balconies and hammocks to relax in, providing a lovely garden view. However, the service was not consistently friendly but overall satisfactory. The location is set in a perfectly kept botanical garden, ideal for bird watching. The dining experience offers minor variations but includes amazing roasted chicken. The facilities are well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and spacious, with a lovely hammock out front to relax while enjoying the beautiful views towards the gardens. The service was terrific overall, although there were moments when it seemed like there was no clear direction from management. The location inside Rincon de Vieja park was convenient for exploring the area, and the paid-for activities were well worth the time for adventurers. The dining experience was delightful with amazing roasted chicken, and the facilities were well-maintained.
